What to eat at Taste of Hong Kong 2016

Next week, marks the debut of Taste of Hong Kong (presented by Standard Chartered), a restaurant festival that also takes place in cities such as London, Sydney, Dubai, Paris, Holland and more.

Featuring some of Hong Kong’s leading restaurants, the four-day festival (1o-13 March 2016) will showcase live cooking demonstrations at The Bosch Taste Theatre, a Laurent Perrier champagne bar and Sunday’s Grocery sake bar pop-up, masterclasses and a chance to fill up on small plates from the city’s finest restaurants as well as visiting chefs Daniel Doherty and Pascal Aussignac. There will also be a VIP lounge hosted by Stella Artois and the opportunity to take a seat at the Chefs Table and mingle with the head chefs from all the participating restaurants.

With so many delicious offerings to choose from, it’ll be hard to know where to start. Each restaurant will be serving up a selection of signature dishes as well as an ‘Icon’ dish that best represents their concept. To help you narrow down the choices, we’ve prepared a quick preview of the best dishes to look out for at this year’s Taste of Hong Kong.
